9 Superfoods with powerful anti-viral properties

by: Divina Ramirez Tags: alternative medicine, anti-viral, disease treatments, food cures, food is medicine, functional food, goodfood, goodhealth, herbal medicine, Herbs, immune system, natural cures, natural medicine, prevention, remedies, superfoods     (Natural News) Viruses are responsible for many infectious diseases, including the flu, influenza and tuberculosis. Due to increased global travel, viral outbreaks often pose a serious threat to public health. Some examples include the emergence of dengue, measles and severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). Currently, the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is rapidly spreading in different countries. COVID-19 is caused by a new strain of coronavirus. Although the disease has a low fatality rate compared to the flu or tuberculosis, healthcare professionals note that a healthy immune system is the body’s first line of defense. Luckily, there are natural ways to fortify the immune system. For […]

Democrats enter home stretch in the race to the bottom

We have two doddering old men whose campaign teams are arguing over which one will take the blame if neither can remain standing for a whole hour during the candidate’s presidential debate. Creepy Joe cannot survive scrutiny regarding blatant immorality and criminal history, yet creeping dodderage is compounding his unsuitability with obvious signs of Dementia for all to see. His minders are now working to prevent him from having to remain standing for one whole hour. Bernie impoverished-socialism-for-you-unfamothable-wealth-for-me Sanders would probably prefer to sit so his old brain can concentrate on talking, but may be able to corner the creepy team into begging for mercy. We could do better with a random lottery selection. The Democrats seem completely disconnected […]

happiness

A comment on Gab about the unaffordability of happiness today inspired my reply below it. The big four expenses that contribute the most to personal happiness are housing, education, healthcare, and transportation. If you can afford those, family formation becomes more than a pipe dream. All four have gotten more unaffordable since the 1970s. This is what’s driving the working and middle class revolts against the system, despite stock market gains and econometric assurances that everything’s peachy keen once adjusted for inflation. As a nation, we’ve traded big ticket affordability for cheap gadgets. We will learn soon enough that the trade-off came with a huge hidden cost. —————- Housing: bigger is not necessarily better, fixers are good investments, renting often […]

Richmond did not blow up

Needless to say, I am thrilled that none of the horrid possibilities came to pass. Oath Keepers and others did a great job of informing their patriots about the possibilities and ramifications thereof. The shills and instigators did indeed show up, but every time one mouthed off trying to stir up trouble they were immediately confronted by nearby men that We know who you are. We know why you are here. We will not tolerate your trouble. Get out of here NOW! The instructions were in different words, often considered more forceful to modern ears. But the message was clear as was the end result demonstrating that An armed society is a polite society. The rabble rousers who have such […]

best case Virginia scenario is bad

The potential outcomes from demonstrations on January 20th go from bad through worse all the way into awful. Talented author, genuine good guy and excellent strategist developed a good hard look at what could go wrong and right in Richmond. He moved me from fist-pumping for the patriots to joining him to say, Patriots, Stay Away! Save your activism and ammo for times and places where you can win. More importantly, do not give them the chance to derail our momentum. I link to Matt Bracken, his excellent books and the source of the post I pasted below. – Ted –   RICHMOND: THE MOTHER OF ALL BUFFALO JUMPS Posted by Matt Bracken | Jan 7, 2020 | Matt Bracken, […]

consider sustaining UNSUSTAINABLE

High among liberty’s premier movie producers is Matrix Productions. I have purchased and watched all of their movies and will continue to do so for the forseeable future. But they need more help to produce high quality, informative, honest documentaries that are interesting enough to reach the audience we need. You can help. If nothing else, go to their online store to buy, watch, and share their movies. http://www.mecfilms.com/movies.html But realize they do not have paper money printing presses and organized crime to help fund their productions. We have to help a bit here. The plea I received today from them:     Progress Report 08 December 2019   Dear Agenda 21 Associate, I am happy to announce that this […]

amphitheater in the swamp

It all seems whacked out beyond belief, but there is a perverted logic to that machinations of the swamp creatures. They are fighting for survival with the only weapons they are capable of operating: lies. We struggle to make sense of it … vainly … C’mon, it cannot make sense. It is totally make believe, and complete fiction. That is all coming out right before our eyes. The article below on the Ukraine crime scene is representative. – Ted – Ukrainian Mysteries One of the puzzles to the impeachment stuff is why certain elements of the ruling class think this is a productive use of their time. The impeachment show put on by the Democrats last week struck most people […]

a fresh, startling view of today’s politics

This one blind-sided me. I had not recognized the possiblities outlined here by The Z-Man, but upon reading his essay I have to admit this could well be the correct view of where we are in Poly-Sci 2020.   The Trip Down The Stairs   In the year prior to a presidential election, Thanksgiving is usually when primary races for party nominations begin to come into focus. Donors have had most of the year to assess the candidates and the voters are starting to pay attention. The first test is a little over two months away, so all of the candidates have their people in the field. The boots on the ground test is one of those unofficial measures that […]

photographs of California fire anomolies

If you are among those who smell something fishy, these photographs will add fuel to that particular fire.  For an interesting conversation, ask your local firefighters to explain them… particularly if they were part of the responders trying to stop these fires. Throughout the pictures below you can see unburned green trees and shrubbery right next to homes and vehicles burned by anomalous super-hot fires. Forest fires love stores but not trees or gasoline-filled pumps. Oh and they also hate contents in steel debris boxes as shown in the lower left corner. This next set of pictures has one of my least favored words in modern language, but the collection of evidence has me overlooking that flaw. https://files.catbox.moe/j5s0k5.jpgJPG JPG […]

step in the right direction regarding cannabis

The ludicrous war against people who use non-prescription medicine is taking a major hit. While the profiteers and their elected enablers like to call it a “War on Drugs”, the actual war part is an export to Mexico, Central and South America. There the governments are easily outgunned by the much wealthier drug cartels including the CIA. In the center we have a plant that nature gave us with a multitude of healthy uses, that grows vigorously almost anywhere and requires no processing to deliver value to humans. Using law enforcement against its users, growers and providers weeds out those on the wrong side of the political powers while enriching those on “the right side” of the ruling elite. Being […]

tripping Big Brother

I suspect few of us are capable of escaping the All Seeing Eye but that does not mean we should give up and make their job easy. Popular Big Tech is one in the same as Big Brother. I, rather obviously, am not hunkered down in a foxhole waiting my turn to be executed. But I do avoid their blatant abuses of our reasonable expectation to privacy. Say NO! to Googoo, Faceplant, Appoo, Microflab, Windoze, Internet Exploder, Geemail, Outlook, … well, all the big guys. They did not get big by accident. Dirty money MADE them. Say YES to GAB, VOAT, VOAT subset QRV, MINDS, LINUX [Mint], PROTON MAIL, and, for now, I endorse Thunderbird as your e-mail software. […]

social vs anti-social media

Once upone a time there was a starry-eyed geek employed by the sold-out Silicon-Valley giants. He became so disgusted with what they were doing to us that he bolted and formed a group designed as the antidote. Of course the Silicon Giants pulled out all the stops to shut them down. The battle between David and Goliath has been, and continues to be epic. That scrappy little sucker is hanging in there.. and more. Gab.com is the new kid in town, completely opposite of the old. Turns out there are a growing number of us walking away from those who sell our private information for fun and profit and into the embrace of one who not only respects our privacy, […]

Agenda nn

They occasionally update it, but the primary agenda remains exactly as they etched into the granite slabs of The Georgia Guidestones. I did the math in my October 25th, 2015 post and supported it with real documentation. From that post: “In my introduction, I offered you proof there are powerful sociopaths at the pinnacles of power in the world today. Here it is: The current human population of Earth is 7,376,324,000 and going up. The Georgia Guidestones put a maximum limit of 500,000,000 as JOB 1. Whoever put them up is calling for the murder of 6,876,324,000+ people. If you or I openly, seriously advocate murdering ONE person, they lock us up. Someone is advocating the murder of almost 7 […]
