chemtrail flu sick leave

On Tuesday night I was hammered hard with congestion and fever. My response was as it always is: Work with my immune system teammates – cook those pathogens to death. Expel the corpses. Wednesday my body requested lots of rest, clear liquids, and precious little else. Therefore, I spent as much of the day drifting between sleep and awake under my blankee on my recliner as I did lazing around the house kept toasty-warm via my woodstove returning the liberated carbon atoms back to the northwestern air from whence the local trees harvested it. Today is much better, but a light overlay of lingering weakness and likely infection dictate a physically low profile day. So I am playing keyboard catch-up. […]

Fasting along – Day 7 report

Looking at a websearch on what others have shared about fasting, I tripped over a new-to-me phrase that fits well: therapeutic fasting. Upon finding out that I am fasting, the normal first assumption is that I am working for weight loss. Not that my 6′ 175-pound figure appears to be overly plump, but few can come up with another answer to “Why a person would skip meal after meal for days on end?” As I begin Day 7 of this fast, I weigh in at 163 … down 12 pounds. However my love handles are still apparent and poochy belly is still there … but those won’t be apparent to others until swim suit season … an event I […]

FastTing

I am now certain that the ketosis state of fasting arrived this time almost immediately. In that phase, the body has settled into a ‘cave-man’ mode that can sustain it until the hunting and foraging delivers more food. For people of typical USofA lifestyle, that takes about four days on a diet of water only. I am now into Day 3. My bowel purged Saturday (Day 1). The low-grade fever that I have experienced around bed-time with every fast I undertook also began Saturday – which surprised me for arriving so soon. By Sunday my recently chronic congestion was reduced. I was somewhat disbelieving that I could be in the healing phase of ketosis THIS EARLY. Today, however, I am […]

FastTed

Pre-Script: Yes. I think I’m back. More on that in a later post. – Ted I began another fast after dinner Friday. This evening that will make 2 days, or 48 hours since my last meal. You might be asking similar questions as my tummy is at this point. Did your throat get cut? Do we have to go through this AGAIN? Are the grocery stores empty already? Did you spend all your shopping money on web hosting? It is none of those. As you may have seen here previously, I studied, then experienced my first fast in 2017. Not that I planned it that way, but it has worked out to be something I have been inspired to […]

You are right

It does not much matter if you think you can or think you cannot. In either case, you are correct. When you make up your mind, your body will follow. The mother who lifted a car off her child did not stop to think that she could not do that. She simply did it. Of course it was impossible. Any logical, rational, thinking person knows this. Fortunately for the child, its mother did not stop to think that she might not be able to. She did what her mind told her had to be done. I haven’t done anything particularly amazing, but continue to be impressed by the power of the human mind, at least of mine, but I […]

We Win, They Lose

I have rather apparently been backing off from my commentary, analysis and yelling from the rooftops that the sky is falling, the British are coming and other such warnings. Not that the crucial moments are farther away, but that those who know, KNOW and those who don’t will resist notification no matter how obvious. It is demotivating to me. Then along comes an article by J.B. Shurk who nails it. He did all the work and footnoting (web-links) for us. As far as I can tell, he did not misfire one bit. All I can add of value is: Don’t give up. We need all the stalwarts we can get on our side of the ramparts. Your community needs you […]

No thanks. Not today.

Thursday and Friday this week reminded me of fourteen years ago in Grangeville, Idaho where repeated visits to an indifferent MD almost killed me. While he had plenty of time for teenage girls, older men were more of a bother than anything and I only got an appointment because his staff thought I was the local mini-tycoon by dint of sharing his first name. Going to the only doctor in town for a sore throat got a quick Rx for antibiotics and a “don’t let the door hit you in the butt on the way out”. It was getting real bad by the end of the first 10-day course, so he wrote for a stronger dosage and sent me […]

My 11-day fast ends with fascinating health improvements

My hunger denial system broke down last night. Fasting experts often claim interest in food goes away after a few days of fasting and that your signal to end the fast is the return of hunger. I was ravenous last night. I called it to a close. Eyes, ears, nose and throat are all much healthier than a couple weeks ago. My double-handful of belly fat is now a single handful. The following is straight from my journal/fasting log: Personally, I can no longer imagine going to a very expensive petrochemical pharmaceutical dispensing expert to passively ingest whatever expensive side-effect-laden concoction he prescribes in hopes of curing my numerous health imbalances – when my body is amazingly well designed […]

Starting another FAST – May 28, 2022

It was not intended to be an annual ritual, but is inadvertently turning out that way. I will catalog the numerous surprising benefits of fasting, my motivation and a wealth of fasting knowledge over the next few days, perhaps weeks. My body has ordered one, so I will comply. This video on the right is an introduction to my fast, and a bit on why I am undertaking it. More links, videos and information can be found at TedDunlap.net and BitterrootBugle.com I fasted in August of 2020, again in August 2021, and am adding this one for much more serious reasons than the mild desire to lose some weight and perhaps learn first-hand about the detoxification benefits of nine […]

war report from the Corona front lines

I have saved quite a few links to important articles. There is A LOT of significant news, action and movement in the biological war against humanity. Hundreds of quite publicly documented cases, hundreds of thousands of negative impacts from doing what the warriors on THEIR SIDE recommend, suggest, attempt to demand and sell to the ignorant. It is probably impossible to not feel some compassion for those with toxic graphene, hydra-cells and programmed DNA-alterations coursing through their veins, but we are left with only one choice: supporting, encouraging and associating among those who mistrusted the quackery early and with courageous resolve. The actions we took and continue to take are quite obviously correct. If you are interested in kudos, […]

Phlegm and Legacy Cures

Phlegm is the respiratory system encapsulating invaders so they may be expelled out of the body. Too much, of course, is not good. However understanding the reason the body does this might lead to a smarter response than suppression. This may be somewhat like fever. The body heats up to kill invaders who are vulnerable to temperatures over 98.6. Bundle up. Help the fever do its job. Get well real soon. I know, I know, too much is not good, but your target should be whatever triggered the body to go into defensive mode rather than the defense mechanism itself. Back to phlegm… something is attacking your lungs and bronchia. Try high-performance air filters. Try less time outside. Try herbal, […]

Hydroxychloroquine VS respiratory assault

Monday night I went to bed with a high fever and chest congestion so bad I was panting in shallow breaths unable to take any deep ones. My inability to get oxygenated was frightening. I ordered my body to relax, reducing my oxygen needs while I concentrated on moving as much air as I could through my clogged chest. I loaded up on night clothes and cranked up my rarely-used electric blanket to help the fever kill whatever was attacking.* If it weren’t for Big Pharma’s agents’ success rates at killing the patients, I would have loved going to someone who could provide some relief. Finding a local MD with genuinely helpful tools is not realistic around here – as […]

I caught the flu

Last month I had a fever for a couple of days, congestion and cough for five days and felt a bit off for that whole time. It was a non-threatening, un-scary, normal human event. I stayed home, kept myself warm so the fever could kill the pathogens, rested as my body requested, drank water when thirsty and ate very little as I wasn’t hungry. Put another way, my body told me exactly what to do. I did it and had a very brief, drama-free experience. I may have had the only case of a normal flu in the world this year. That is primarily due to the fact I did not seek council from the professional CDC shills. Unfortunately, […]

“The Vaccine” is killing 100 times more than the disease

Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine killed 40 times more old people than the virus itself would have A re-analysis of data provided by the Israeli Health Ministry concluded that Pfizer and BioNTech’s messenger RNA (mRNA) gene therapy injections have already killed “about 40 times more (elderly) people than the disease itself would have killed” during a recent five-week vaccination period. Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine killed 260 times more young people than the virus itself would have Seligmann and his colleagues found that the situation is even worse for younger people who are jabbed with Pfizer’s China virus injections. Among those under the age of 65, the vaccines killed 260 times more people than would have died from the virus itself. DR ANDREW WAKEFIELD: […]
