some things elude quantification

Early this week I shared bits of a personal exercise wherein I attempted to quantify, weigh my time management. As I mentioned there, blogging did not land anywhere near the top. It in fact seems to be near or at the bottom of things I objectively think I should be doing. Yet here I am. I just finished a review of the list I created, made some modifications, but still came up with no justification for doing what I am doing at this moment. My difficulty lies in quantifying community service, building a team with survivable potential, calling out warnings, or some Paul Revere-ish driving mechanism inherent in my psyche. There is another part of me that HATES BULLIES. […]

drag queen story hours beg One Question

Okay, I can come up with several questions, or relevant statements of fact. Of course you can, Ted. That’s who you are. For starters: What kind of librarians facilitate these perverse acts across this once-upon-a-time great country? Nearly all of our country’s public libraries are funded via local tax dollars. Does the tax paying community in each of these hosting facilities actually think this crap is a good idea? Librarian WAS a respected position. No longer. Now mere products of the K-thru-Kollege perverse government indoctrination system… an Illuminati cornerstone for destroying a healthy society. Between that, their media monopoly and ownership of most politicians, they can and do sell some absolutely ridiculous stuff. Do Jiggs the plumber, Jake the […]

all quiet on the western front

My title line refers to a World War I novel (All Quiet on the Western Front) that came to mind as I explain my long absence from posting here. It is a good book that will be relevant, current as long as the banksters create wars … well worth reading. It is apropos here as my silence is in no way related to the absence of action, activity, deceit, decrepitude or threats to the peace and harmony good people like us deserve. The excrement is definitely splattering from the rotating ventilator. I have been shouting my warnings from my little rooftop to my tiny audience since around 2006. The Great Ugliness is upon us. For the delusional: NO it […]

Hydroxychloroquine VS respiratory assault

Monday night I went to bed with a high fever and chest congestion so bad I was panting in shallow breaths unable to take any deep ones. My inability to get oxygenated was frightening. I ordered my body to relax, reducing my oxygen needs while I concentrated on moving as much air as I could through my clogged chest. I loaded up on night clothes and cranked up my rarely-used electric blanket to help the fever kill whatever was attacking.* If it weren’t for Big Pharma’s agents’ success rates at killing the patients, I would have loved going to someone who could provide some relief. Finding a local MD with genuinely helpful tools is not realistic around here – as […]

The “Unvaccinated” Question

by CJ Hopkins – Mar 29, 2021 https://off-guardian.org/2021/03/29/the-unvaccinated-question/   So, the New Normals are discussing the Unvaccinated Question. What is to be done with us? No, not those who haven’t been “vaccinated” yet. Us. The “Covidiots.” The “Covid deniers.” The “science deniers.” The “reality deniers.” Those who refuse to get “vaccinated,” ever.     There is no place for us in New Normal society. The New Normals know this and so do we. To them, we are a suspicious, alien tribe of people. We do not share their ideological beliefs. We do not perform their loyalty rituals, or we do so only grudgingly, because they force us to do so.     We traffic in arcane “conspiracy theories,” like “pre-March-2020 […]

March 20th is Spring Equinox

Let’s celebrate … let’s make today somehow memorable. Your wall calendars and media might call today “first day of spring” or some other trivializing phrase, as if it is a meaningless Hallmark holiday. Do not confuse it with other fabricated events on your pre-printed calendar. Mankind has paid attention to solstices and equinoxes throughout our history. The days have been getting longer since the winter solstice, and will continue growing until the summer solstice June 21st. Wednesday is exactly half-way in between. It defines the shift from snow-cold-snow-cold to robins, flowers, butterflies and shedding jackets during the day. Pessimists say The Bitterroot has three seasons: snow, flood and smoke. I suppose we had better broadcast it like that lest we […]

The African Queen + Death of a Nation

What do those have in common? They were two videos we watched recently. Both worthy of commentary, I think. From our local library we checked out The African Queen, a 1951 movie starring Humphrey Bogart and Katharine Hepburn proudly shot in Technicolor and produced by a single company. The story is set in WWI Africa, where a gin-swilling riverboat captain is persuaded by a strait-laced missionary to use his boat to attack an German warship. It is really simple, completely sans electronic wizardry in its production and impressively captivating; proving that the fancy stuff of modern movies is completely unnecessary when the rest of the art is complete. It is that very simple wholesomeness that makes the older movies […]

The Quality of a Free Man

I share again one of Claire Wolfe’s finer essays. It is an excellent description, reminder and outline for both sexes on how to live an honorable and useful life. Put living up to this standard on your New Year’s Resolution list … AT THE TOP! – Ted Published December 21, 2020 4:32 am by Claire Wolfe This is a reprint of an article I wrote back in the late 90s or early oughts. It’s part one of a four-part series, all of which are available to full members of The Living Freedom Forums. Despite being some of my best writing and thinking, neither this piece nor the series, called Sustainable Freedom, ever received much circulation or comment. I’m resurrecting it because it matters to […]

pre-shocks … like after-shocks, but in advance of The Earthquake

In his Brighteon video channel, former SF (Special Forces) NCO (non-commissioned officer / sergeant) Terrance Popp provides his overview of the socio-political situation. This is his snapshot of where we are today and where the current trajectory lands us. His view of the near future strikes me as quite accurate. One thing the military does very well is train SF in creating, fighting and understanding insurrections, civil wars and the like. The picture he paints is anything but pretty and pleasant. Plan accordingly. – Terrance Popp: “We are no beyond the point of no return” [for avoiding “Civil War 2] I agree with most of what he says and saw it that way until quite recently. I have now […]

arguing using facts and logic is quite often a waste of time, thought and energy

“A religion is sometimes a source of happiness and I would not deprive anyone of happiness. But it is a comfort appropriate for the weak, not for the strong—and you are strong. The great trouble with religion—any religion—is that a religionist, having accepted certain propositions by faith, cannot thereafter judge those propositions by evidence. One may bask in at the warm fire of faith or choose to live in the bleak uncertainty of reason—but one cannot have both,” ― Robert A. Heinlein, Friday In my post card from California I marveled at the fictions the left-coasters hold onto with a death grip whilst judging those of other wisdom to be inferior. The one thing they of the other persuasion have […]

“They deserve it” does not quite cover the reality

While George Soros and his compatriots don’t miss a single gourmet meal, the neighborhoods their money destroyed are going hungry. It will get much worse for those poor folks at the bottom of this particular food chain. While the radicalized half-wits looted and burned, mostly running away with high-end electronics and designer tennis-shoes, they destroyed every black and white owned business that kept the people in their neighborhoods fed. Rural, intelligent America saw where this would go, but we often slipped into “they deserve what is coming”. Sadly, just like every other generalization, categorization and group-think prejudice there are a vast majority who do not deserve the results. The unfortunate mother who filmed the video below is an excellent example. […]

March 19th is the Spring Equinox

Q – be the plan

I went looking for one of these videos explaining the Q battle against The Deep State. I was disappointed that something I put into this website myself was THAT HARD for me to find. It is really good stuff that should be widely shared, viewed and understood. So I feature it once more… with a label I hope makes it easier to find next time I, or you go looking for it. As it turns out, I ran across the first video below before the one I remembered. It is also excellent and I think a better first look, introduction to Q than the other. So I put them in priority order. Fershur watch a bit of each. Obviously I […]
