gout out

A decade or so ago I had a bout with gout. One big toe was so sensitive I couldn’t have a sheet touch it going to bed. There is no forgetting you hurt. It is highly crippling and inspires serious efforts to find a cure. A nurse-practitioner decided my pain was gout, wrote a prescription and sent me off. I filled the prescription, but read about the drug online before taking it. Holey smokes! If you value your internal organs, you won’t take this stuff. So I didn’t. Instead, I studied gout online. As you know, there are lots of opinions online regarding just about anything imaginable. Gout is no exception. But there is art to processing information and, as […]

river hangout

The river has come down a foot or so and we are a month older than pictured here, but it’s the photo I have available for this thought. I just opened the windows to let the evening cool take the temperature down in the house. Mid-morning tomorrow it will be rising to 70 degrees outside while indoors has cooled to that temperature. That’s when we close the windows. At this moment we are just under 80 inside and 68 outside. That is Bitterroot Montana air conditioning. Off grid. No electricity needed. The real beautiful part is the sound as I open the windows. A river running by. Oh yeah, a vehicle on the highway every few minutes at this time […]

You are right

It does not much matter if you think you can or think you cannot. In either case, you are correct. When you make up your mind, your body will follow. The mother who lifted a car off her child did not stop to think that she could not do that. She simply did it. Of course it was impossible. Any logical, rational, thinking person knows this. Fortunately for the child, its mother did not stop to think that she might not be able to. She did what her mind told her had to be done. I haven’t done anything particularly amazing, but continue to be impressed by the power of the human mind, at least of mine, but I […]

I caught the flu

Last month I had a fever for a couple of days, congestion and cough for five days and felt a bit off for that whole time. It was a non-threatening, un-scary, normal human event. I stayed home, kept myself warm so the fever could kill the pathogens, rested as my body requested, drank water when thirsty and ate very little as I wasn’t hungry. Put another way, my body told me exactly what to do. I did it and had a very brief, drama-free experience. I may have had the only case of a normal flu in the world this year. That is primarily due to the fact I did not seek council from the professional CDC shills. Unfortunately, […]

inside the hive

It is as useless to argue with those who have renounced the use and authority of reason as to administer medication to the dead — Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826) I spent a couple hours with extended family Sunday. They are really nice folks who I do like a lot, but they are far too common, average and normal to fit in my world. We chat amiably, josh around, talk about food, treats, weather, medical interventions, beauty treatments and what we are doing with our spaces and time. I am able to be part of their colony by keeping my views in check. The first major project undertaken by the American Medical Association (AMA) was eliminating the majority of institutions teaching […]

Is rural Montana THE ANSWER?

On May 26th I published a look into the near future for those who choose the city life: The Scary Truth About Living in Big Cities During the Turbulent Times Ahead. One of the points Jeff Thomas made might have rural Montanans feeling a bit smug as he singles us out for honorable mention: … So, we’ll see panic exits—large numbers of people attempting to leave as a result of some ‘last-straw’ event. It may be similar to the 1930s – the Okies loading up their Model A trucks with their possessions and driving to California. Only this time, it will be Montana, and other rural places where the existing residents are known to be self-reliant… He goes on […]

When your only tool is a hammer

every job looks like a nail. The old lady with dementia scratches head to toe, too often until she bleeds. The dermatologist tries every tool in his kit without success to stop the itching. Fidgeting fingers and inability to sit still are known effects of dementia. The cause may be in her head, but dermatologists don’t work inside heads. We will give the psychiatrist a shot. I am reminded of AMA doctors. Modern MD training focuses on drugs and interactions thereof. Diet, behavior … nada … Skewz me. They matter, probably more than your lovely pharmaceuticals do. “You have gout. Have this prescription filled.” I fill the prescription, but look it up on the Internet before taking the drug. SMOKES!!! […]

consider sustaining UNSUSTAINABLE

High among liberty’s premier movie producers is Matrix Productions. I have purchased and watched all of their movies and will continue to do so for the forseeable future. But they need more help to produce high quality, informative, honest documentaries that are interesting enough to reach the audience we need. You can help. If nothing else, go to their online store to buy, watch, and share their movies. http://www.mecfilms.com/movies.html But realize they do not have paper money printing presses and organized crime to help fund their productions. We have to help a bit here. The plea I received today from them:     Progress Report 08 December 2019   Dear Agenda 21 Associate, I am happy to announce that this […]

Cannabis in Modern Medicine

California has been allowing lawful use of cannabis since 1996. Of course it had only been subject to federal interference for 26 years at that time. It was so widely used as medicine that the push to demonize it utilized a name change to keep the public from resisting the criminal change. While cannabis was widely used, nobody knew anything about that “dangerous new drug Marihuana” and were okay that the politicians attacked its users with police agencies, violence and prison sentences. During the 23 year period of legalization within California, Dr. Allan Frankel became dissilusioned with the pharmaceuticals dominating his line of work and excited about medical successes with cannabis. He has now spent the last thirteen years […]

social vs anti-social media

Once upone a time there was a starry-eyed geek employed by the sold-out Silicon-Valley giants. He became so disgusted with what they were doing to us that he bolted and formed a group designed as the antidote. Of course the Silicon Giants pulled out all the stops to shut them down. The battle between David and Goliath has been, and continues to be epic. That scrappy little sucker is hanging in there.. and more. Gab.com is the new kid in town, completely opposite of the old. Turns out there are a growing number of us walking away from those who sell our private information for fun and profit and into the embrace of one who not only respects our privacy, […]

working in groups

“My grandfather once told me that there were two kinds of people: those who do the work and those who take the credit. He told me to try to be in the first group; there was much less competition.” – Indira Gandhi While the quotation is clever there is a third, much larger portion of any human gathering: the passive watchers. I cannot claim certain knowledge of what’s going on inside of them, but am guessing it might be like a comfortable perch near a construction site or in the stadium at a sporting event. They are close enough to genuine action to keep their interest, and earn “I was there” / “I saw it happen” credits. It is buying […]

UNSUSTAINABLE – Matrix Productions current project

Exposing Agenda 21 / Agenda 2030 and the New World Order engineering of Hell on Earth for everyone who is not one of them. I apologize for not taking the time to reformat this, but I am pasting in e-mails from Matrix Productions on their current project. I have supported them in the past, at the very least have purchased their other movies from them. … all excellent. I encourage you to check out a clip, two , or several. Hopefully they will inspire you to support their work at least in some small ways. – Ted – UNSUSTAINABLE The UN’s Agenda for World Domination Synopsis Globalists in the Power Elite — working through the United Nations — are waging […]

How to Build the Perfect Bug Out Bag

The title is almost ubiquitous. Every prepper author is tempted to use the phrase, but I am not so sure any of them should. There is no “perfect” that can cover very many different people and situations. I am publishing bits and links because it is a good one and I want it here for my future reference. Good enough for me implies good enough to share with you. The article excerpts below and title above come from Backdoor Survival .com. One thing I really liked was the acronym and organization here. The article has a lot more that you should check out when you are in the mood for considering bug out preparations. ——————— REDOUT While many understand the […]
