Who actually affords civil trials?

The incorporated bar association provides the judge, lawyers for both sides and the set of rules to run the show. Civil trials as envisioned by the writers of the Constitution do not exist.

Big money squishes middle class and below like a grape on a midsummer’s-day Wall Street sidewalk.

People making less than $20 per hour hire three or more people charging $300 per hour each to put on a show using magic incantations out of a book they conspired to write against us.

Could we have it back?

Only if we are willing to throw the bums out or fight like a hyper-intelligent whirling dervish in their rigged courtrooms.
