I spent my formative years with this flag flying over the various government buildings in my area. Not a bad flag, as state flags go. At first it was a wonderful place as far as natural features, ability to grow wonderful stuff and weather that spoiled us.
But spoiled it got.
Easy living attracted large masses of people soft of mind and body. I kept my head down and nose to the grindstone until one day I looked around and the pudding heads had taken over. I beat feet to a more industrious place.
The American Thinker posted this version of the flag today. It was too good. I couldn’t just let it go by.
