By Ted Dunlap, on March 31st, 2019 The Ron Paul Liberty Report began where the long-running Congressman and two-time permier presidential candidate’s political career ended. He quit attempting to be politically correct and began a new career of telling it as it is. Go regularly to his new forum to see what that means. The Ron Paul Liberty Report As We Marched… 3/29/2019 By Liberty Report Staff In 1944, one of America’s finest journalists, named John T. Flynn, published a book entitled “As We Go Marching.” (You can download a free e-book here.) Keep in mind that the book was published during World War II. Flynn could see the writing on the wall. A massive ‘Pentagon’ was recently built, and he could tell that a […]
By Ted Dunlap, on March 30th, 2019 A touch of the philosophical is good for the brain. I share this here so I may come back and ponder it from time to time. So far I keep up with the thoughts until the last few lines. I think I need to work it over until I either understand or reject that last bit. The link, by the way, takes you to one of the next-generation social media platforms that have evolved in response to the dark-forces takeover and evil application of the more popular ones. We were hoping the geeks would recognize the problem and use their specialties in creation of alternatives. They have. Now we just have to migrate to them. – Ted Live in Truth, […]
By Ted Dunlap, on March 29th, 2019 On Thursday, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration warned that “historic, widespread flooding” would “continue through May”. I see they have been reading The Bitterroot Bugle. I said the same thing on March 1st and in more detail on March 10th with my essay flood warning. The talking heads masquerading as meteorologists are SHOCKED, surprised and so-on by this devastation. Are they stupid or complicit? I doubt they are stupid. I look at the geo-stationary-satellite images seeing quite clearly the manipulation causing the historic weather disasters. Their training and available tool-sets probably exceed mine. They can’t not see it. Unfortunately, they also cannot talk about it and retain their jobs… which they obviously like more than their integrity. If you […]
By compatriot, on March 28th, 2019 03/14/19 6:00 AM | by Chris Eger A plan backed by anti-gun groups and Democrats on Capitol Hill would require background checks or gun permits for most ammo transfers. (Photo: Chris Eger/Guns.com) An effort to close what bill’s supporters term the “ammo loophole” would make mandatory background checks the nationwide norm for ammunition sales. Under measures proposed in the House by Florida’s Debbie Wasserman Schultz and the Senate by Connecticut’s Richard Blumenthal, would-be ammunition buyers would have to be first vetted by the FBI’s National Instant Background Check System. The lawmakers, allied with national gun control groups, say the move to add controls to bullet sales would help save lives. Wasserman Schultz’s bill, entered Wednesday as HR 1705 with […]
By Ted Dunlap, on March 26th, 2019 Elizabeth Hodge interviewed me when I was running for Ada County sheriff. I just tripped over it today. The interview explains the concept as well as I have seen it done. It is still valid, and incredibly valuable to those USofA counties who have elected constitutional sheriffs. Coming out of nowhere with no significant support, I shocked the 20-year incumbent by garnering 40,943 votes. The incumbent was startled. He had not been in any contest that close, and sure as heck didn’t expect it from my campaign. Unfortunately, it was only 26% of the votes. I suspect $10,000 in campaign finances could have won it for us. I’m happy nobody did that to me. I like where I am. […]

I gave it no thought while living it, but realize today just how unique I was growing up. I spent A LOT of time alone without being “a loner”. I graduated high school standing 5’2, weighing 98 pounds without ever feeling small. I spent countless days wandering the adjacent woods. Occasionally my neighborhood friends would wander with me. Most often it was just me and the dog. I played individual sports, team sports, yet could spend hours alone shooting hoops or pounding tennis balls against the wall. I decided I wanted to pitch for our little league team. I built a wooden strike zone target and spent hours, days, weeks by myself throwing baseballs through each corner of it. Of […]
By Ted Dunlap, on March 23rd, 2019 REBELLION: Second Amendment Sanctuary Cities, Counties, and STATES Spring Up Across the Country By Dagny Taggart Sanctuary cities aren’t just for immigrants anymore. A growing number of states, counties, cities, and towns are declaring themselves “Second Amendment Sanctuaries” and are refusing to enforce gun-control laws that infringe on the Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. While adopting ordinances and resolutions to defy gun laws isn’t a new tactic, momentum is rapidly building – likely in response to increasing calls for more gun control at state and federal levels. Sheriffs in several states say they will NOT enforce gun control laws. Sanctuary counties and towns are passing resolutions that state no funding will be used to enforce unconstitutional laws […]

Unless we are on a mountain peak or Kansas flatlands with line-of-sight views of everyone we want to talk with, there are barriers resisting our two-way communications. With our Very High Frequency (VHF) and Ultra High Frequency (UHF) radios we compensate by installing specialized radio systems (repeaters) on high ground to repeat signals over a much wider area than we can reach from our own radios. These can extend our VHF and UHF ranges to 50 miles or so. Repeaters are both expensive and could be a weak link in emergency comms – that is they may not be working in certain disaster scenarios. Amateurs with General or Amateur Extra class licenses can use their High Frequency (HF) radios to […]
By Ted Dunlap, on March 21st, 2019 Last week I published my essay, “you buy the product, or are the product“. Today I am supplementing the concept with a quote and link to a Breitbart article on protecting yourself when shopping via Amazon. I do not want to discourage anyone from doing exactly as the Breitbart article recommends, but if you think Amazon or any of the pyramid companies will allow you privacy I have a bridge to sell along with some Montana coastal property. Living in the hinterlands, we use Amazon a lot, but not with any delusions of anonymity. The headline link below will take you to the Breitbart article. I quote the first little bit of it underneath. Protect Your Privacy on Amazon by […]

The MSU Marga Hosaeus Fitness Center suffered a complete roof collapse in the center’s south gym in early March, followed just days later by the collapse of the roof in the center’s north gym. The engineering college dean at Montana State University says he doesn’t see the collapse of two gym roofs on campus as a failure by engineers who designed the buildings. Golly, who could have predicted snow would fall in Montana??? Engineers and engineering students get participation awards in the form of college diplomas and certificates of achievement. It is unfair to the ignorant, stupid, the halt and the lame to demand results commensurate with their titles. We had that ugly system where engineering and architecture were populated […]

How do you know a staged event from a real one? When the perpetrators pull out all the stops to hide evidence of the event from the public. No further proof is needed, but tons of it is out there. Over the next couple of weeks the evidence from genuine investigative reporters and analysts will come out. Use your head. Much of what you hear, see and read will be fake. Trust is earned. So is distrust. A teenager faces 14 years in prison for re-posting the New Zealand mosque shooting The teen faces two charges: one of sharing the live-stream and a second for posting a photograph of one of the mosque’s attacked with the message “target acquired” along […]

Wednesday, March 20, 2019 is the spring equinox. Do something special to celebrate. Mark that day in some memorable fashion. Your wall calendars and media will call today “first day of spring” or some other trivializing phrase, as if it is a meaningless Hallmark holiday. Do not confuse it with other fabricated events on your pre-printed calendar. Mankind has paid attention to solstices and equinoxes throughout our history. The days have been getting longer since the winter solstice, and will continue growing until the summer solstice June 21st. Wednesday is exactly half-way in between. It defines the shift from snow-cold-snow-cold to robins, flowers, butterflies and shedding jackets during the day. Pessimists say The Bitterroot has three seasons: snow, flood and […]
By compatriot, on March 18th, 2019 from the Sipsey Street Irregulars Folks, You have no idea how humbling the response as been to Absolved and this website. These are serious issues. Issues that, in the fullness of time, could get people killed. Yet what I write apparently resonates with people because God has given me a talent for expressing what they have long believed. All of my work has been motivated by a desire to avoid conflict over these principles we hold so dear. If I bluntly warn liberal politicians, media types and academics of the folly of their proposals, it is because I don’t want my children and grandchildren to have to suffer the ghastly experience of civil war. It has always been my belief […]
By Ted Dunlap, on March 18th, 2019 One down, 3,141 to go. If your county is anything other than Cherokee County, North Carolina you need to contact your county rulers to explain local control and the original separation of powers defined by The Constitution of These United States. I promise to do my fair share. Will you? from the American Thinker By Rick Moran The Board of Commissioners in Cherokee County in North Carolina has passed a resolution — largely symbolic — declaring the county a “gun sanctuary.” The gist of the resolution: Furthermore, any regulation of the right to keep and bear arms or affiliated firearm rights that violates the Second, Ninth, Tenth, or Fourteenth amendments to the US Constitution, that violates Article I, Sections 5, […]
