By Ted Dunlap, on June 30th, 2018 I share the first part of Paul Craig Roberts’ article here. Click the link to read its entirety. ———————————————————————- The Two Superpowers: Who Really Controls the Two Countries? Among the ruling interests in the US, one interest even more powerful than the Israel Lobby—the Deep State of the military/security complex— there is enormous fear that an uncontrollable President Trump at the upcoming Putin/Trump summit will make an agreement that will bring to an end the demonizing of Russia that serves to protect the enormous budget and power of the military-security complex. You can see the Deep State’s fear in the editorials that the Deep State handed to the Washington Post (June 29) and New York Times (June 29), two of […]
By Ted Dunlap, on June 27th, 2018 Sorry for the absence from posting, but I needed a break. It isn’t so much the ugly people sitting atop an empire distributing unending evil, but my frustration with the deaf, dumb and blind masses who think everything is hunky dory. I have to remind myself that even this is not a change, nor is it likely to change in any positive direction. Bread and Circuses is an ancient game. It seems to work quite well on the average Joe… and by definition, there is a helluva lot of them.
By Ted Dunlap, on June 23rd, 2018 I was initially disappointed when The Donald stopped filling posts with outsiders in February last year. He caved. They made him an offer he could not refuse. But they did not stop attacking him with their media monopoly. The globalists politicians and bureaucrats kept at his throat. The really BIG MONEY kept hiring protests and uprisings. Huh? He hired Wall Street and The Military Industrial Complex. He went to war BIG TIME. What the heck do they want? Whatever it is, I am grateful that he is still alive to prevent them from getting it. He has chosen his battles … quite possibly with wisdom. He is not dead yet. They are still pissed off at him. This is […]
By Ted Dunlap, on June 22nd, 2018 Amateur radio’s biggest event of the year is this weekend all across the USofA. The main event is to encourage individuals, groups, clubs and teams to deploy their radios into “field locations” – that is, to set up and practice the use of mobile, temporary radio communication centers. Part of the game is to contest and see how many contacts each unit can make across the nation. That particular aspect of the program runs from noon Saturday to noon Sunday. The Bitterroot Amateur Radio Club (BARC) typically will share contact information with other temporary field stations in 20 or more states during the 24-hour contest period. This also happens to be the weekend of Hamilton’s annual Fly In, which this […]
By compatriot, on June 22nd, 2018 from Downsize DC Downsize DC wants to make the FDA advisory, not dictatorial. Retweet We’re bringing back a bunch of old Downsize DC campaigns, starting with Make the FDA Advisory, not mandatory. More will follow. You asked for these campaigns. We’re thrilled to comply. It didn’t happen sooner because we’ve been solving some problems. And the solutions we’ve developed should lead to big progress. It began when we extensively tested a new advertising approach in November and December. This was not just one ad but an overall approach. And it worked better than expected! We were electrified by the expectation of an army of DC Downsizers to come! But there was a technical problem with our letter to Congress web […]
By Ted Dunlap, on June 21st, 2018 This is snapshot of a really clever animation comprised of population demographics from 1950 to 2050. The top bar is a graphical representation of the population 95 years old or older. The next band is 90 through 94 and on down band-by-band to newborns. The snapshot to the right is from the early years in the chart. Very tiny, narrow top bands swell to a wide, solid base of youth and young adults. This is the picture of a stable society both long and short term. In the animation, each decade’s demographics are replaced with subsequent years in order. You can graphically see the shift from a wide-based, narrow-topped pyramid to a shape more cylindrical … and obviously less […]
By Ted Dunlap, on June 21st, 2018 We are in it, but few know, having been disconnected from nature and the real world. For most of human existence, people knew seasonal cycles from direct experience. They paid attention because summer, winter, spring and fall mattered. Today experts tell them what they need to know, there’s an app for that covers much of their research, and food comes from grocery stores completely disconnected in their minds from farmers, agriculture, seasons and shipping technologies. In our location, today is the longest day of the year. Tonight is the shortest night of the year. The sun will not set over The North Pole at all today. The sun will not rise over The South Pole today. Sunrise and sunset will […]
By Ted Dunlap, on June 21st, 2018 The bellicose USofA rulers, both of the deep state and the shallow one have the military juggernaut mauling hundreds of cities, towns and countrysides around the globe while posturing and threatening Russia, China, Iran and others with applied military power. That the bigger players may have plans other than losing militarily seems to be absent from Pentagon planning. The usual suspects have also embarked on economic assaults against China, Russia and others. Here, too, the victims are anything but helpless. The US Dollar Ponzi scheme is not exactly the rock from which intelligent people launch economic war on the rest of the world. When nobody else will prop the US up, the Feral Reserve has to print money to buy […]
By compatriot, on June 20th, 2018 By Mark Twain (New York: Anti-Imperialist League of New York, 1901). This piece may be a little challenging to fully appreciate as it was written over a century ago to an audience of quite different intellect, experience and most importantly, of a different pace of life. It is really the beginning of the Imperial USofA. – Ted Extending the Blessings of Civilization to our Brother who Sits in Darkness has been a good trade and has paid well, on the whole; and there is money in it yet, if carefully worked — but not enough, in my judgement, to make any considerable risk advisable. The People that Sit in Darkness are getting to be too scarce — too scarce and […]
By Ted Dunlap, on June 20th, 2018 Judging from the picture on the left, one might guess that the Scandinavian or European countries might be publicly critical about human rights abuses, incarceration rates, freedom and such. But the rulers of the world don’t see it that way. The diplomats posturing in the press: The US Department of State demanded that the Russian authorities immediately release all people who the international rights groups recognize as political prisoners or prisoners of conscience. The Russian response: “Russia has repeatedly and unambiguously replied to the propaganda stunts in which the western countries called upon the release of certain people suspected or convicted of various serious crimes under our laws,” reads the embassy’s statement posted on Facebook. The Russian diplomats added […]
By Ted Dunlap, on June 20th, 2018 John Whitehead of The Rutherford Institute shared this look at the state of our surveillance state. It is not exactly as either George Orwell or Aldous Huxley expected, but an ugly combination of both. Go read it at the source – click the headline or trailer link to reach the full article. It has supporting links to put it all into perspective. – Ted ————————————————- Government Eyes Are Watching You: We Are All Prisoners of the Surveillance State By John W. Whitehead … It is a prison from which there will be no escape if the government gets it way. As Glenn Greenwald notes: “The way things are supposed to work is that we’re supposed to know virtually everything about […]
By Ted Dunlap, on June 19th, 2018 While many lay blame on the feminist movement, publicly financed by George Soros, The Bilderberg Group has spent half a century destroying the nuclear family where each member of a multi-generational family contributed what they are best designed for. Every strong culture throughout history has been much the same with age and gender differences celebrated, making them strong, vibrant and resilient. LBJ’s “Great Society” was a major turning point. That the people of the previously famous “Free Country” allowed that and subsequent assaults to happen spelled the eventual demise as certainly as a tombstone could. A more subtle, but perhaps more significant turning point was when the government involved itself in education, first as an option, but finally as a […]
By compatriot, on June 19th, 2018 by Author William S. Lind People have long spoken or written on “the war between the sexes.” No one ever imagined that the “war” in question was anything but a metaphor. Usually, it was waged over the thermostat, with men wanting to set it colder and women, warmer. A few weeks ago in Toronto, the war became literal. A man drove a van down the sidewalk, attempting to kill a woman. About a dozen people died. A more recent killing in Portland, Oregon, may have been an assault on women. How could such things be happening? For as long back as history can remember, men and women, love and marriage, have gone together like a horse and carriage. The […]
By Ted Dunlap, on June 19th, 2018 Larken Rose created this clever little video explaining how we are prisoners, what is holding us captive and how we could break down the walls of our confinement. It is one clear reason for going to The Red Pill Expo this week.
