democracy – I hate that word

Those who know me well, know I don’t use the word “hate” lightly. It is a powerful emotion reserved for special cases. What the power brokers and ruling elite have done to our constitutional republic is bad; awful perhaps. But planting that word on the lips of every government school employee, every politician and every talking head on the state media has been outright devious.

republic explained“A democracy is a government in the hands of men of low birth, no property, and vulgar employments.“– Aristotle(384-322 BC) — Greek philosopher

“Liberty has never lasted long in a democracy, nor has it ever ended in anything better than despotism.“– Fisher Ames — (1758-1808), American statesman, orator and political writer

“Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security, or the rights of property; and have, in general, been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.“– James Madison — (1751-1836), Father of the Constitution for the USA, 4th US President — Source: Federalist No. 10, November 23, 1787

Libertarians describe democracy as two wolves and a lamb voting on what’s for lunch.

A republic is a political organization of laws that protect individual life, liberty and property from predation by the majority. It is not accidental that the ruling elite prefer one where the masses can be manipulated to allow predation of productive individuals and supreme wealth accumulation among a parasitic class.

By the scholars and creators of our constitutional republic, democracy was considered the worst form of government. Even kings and emperors take better care of their countries than the manipulated masses.

But guess who LOVES them?WealthDistribution

Obviously the top ten percent are pretty well satisfied with the way democracy treats them.

But 99.9% of those are crying big crocodile tears because the top .01% is making serious gains while the merely super-rich are not making much progress at all.

A CNBC article lays it out well:
The other wealth gap—the 1% vs the 0.01%
The big winners are those in the top 0.01 percent. These folks, who have a net worth of more than $100 million, have seen their share of wealth more than double since 1995, from around 5 percent to just under 12 percent. Over the past half century, they have nearly quadrupled their share of wealth.

An article from The Guardian also does a good job of it. I am particularly fond of their line chart.
US wealth inequality – top 0.1% worth as much as the bottom 90%

Democracy brought you this. The ability of the masses to vote takings from selected groups, granting favors to other groups. Notice that the political class, many who never worked an honest job in their lives, fare quite well in this situation.

Now remember, these aren’t the real winners. Congress-critters are only staff. The .01% own them. But they are, however, a whole lot wealthier, um, more comfortable than you or I. But the staff in the District of Criminals do serve their masters well.

Possibly worse than the wealth transfer is the effect acceptance of that foul word has had on individual liberty. Our incredible incarceration rate, the possibility of getting scooped up at any time for any or no reason at all, and the wondering if your number may someday be up. These are also the rule of law when the masses allow cheap bread and circuses to muddle their minds while the special class write and administer self-serving rules upon them all.

I had the good fortune to sit at a small table in Tucson with Aaron Russo. He chatted with Missy and I about his life as a big city club owner being shaken down regularly by organized crime … the kind with uniforms and official titles, as well as private sector organized crime. That is what inspired him to leave that line of work.

David Rockefeller established a relationship with Aaron and tried to recruit him to join the Council on Foreign Relations (CRF). Be a part of us; work with us. As a successful Hollywood producer, slanting and guiding his movies to align with CFR and Bilderberg Group goals is how they operate. In exchange, Aaron could join the world of the privileged class.

I remind you, that in a republic, there is no privileged class. All men are protected equally. None are granted favors.

We were told by Aaron, and others I have met who saw inside the beast, of decadence, immorality, drug use and disdain for the outside class that is as bad as any society I’ve read about. Aaron turned him down.

Incredulous, Rockefeller asked, “How can you turn down a GET OUT OF JAIL FREE card?” Of course he couldn’t comprehend. With no honor or moral compass, there is nothing. Genetically they seem human, but the word “humanity” does not apply.

Yet these are the winners in a democracy.

And thus I levy the word “hate” against it.
