feds too incompetent to operate computers

That they were caught using the Infernal Revenuer Stasi as a weapon is certainly not new. When Bill and Hillary Clinton got caught at it they first moved it off the headlines by bombing Kosovo. When that didn’t work quite well enough, they created a titillation circus that did work. Different with this administration, their hideout is loss of all relevant data with hard drive crashes! The IRS told Congress it lost more than two years of emails from Lois Lerner, the former IRS official in charge of tax exempt organizations. I was a USAF computer operator in 1970. Even then computer data of lowly shipping manifests was backed up on site and with redundant backup in an offsite bunker. […]

the good guys

I have read and heard awful stuff from both sides. I even got a note from a couple of trustworthy personal friends who are over there right now, confidently identifying the right and wrong side of the conflict. War is ugly. Nobody, not even the dead, look good in war. Who is really right and who is wrong in the Palestine/Israel conflict? Not to mention the Israel vs the entire Arab world. Here is a hint: . . . . . The news is obviously manipulated. Mainstream USofA media shows bombed-out Gaza with dead, injured, devastated Palestinians while breathlessly talking about the rockets landing on Israel. The lies are blatant. Not to say the truth is never victim from the […]

Let’s chill out about global warming

by John Stossel The Hill, the newspaper that covers Congress, says this year, there will be a major policy battle over “climate change.” Why? We already waste billions on pointless gestures that make people think we’re addressing global warming, but the earth doesn’t notice or care. What exactly is “global warming” anyway? That’s really four questions: 1. Is the globe warming? Probably. Global temperatures have risen. Climate changes. Always has. Always will. 2. Is the warming caused by man? Maybe. There’s decent evidence that at least some of it is. We can love nature and still hate the tyranny of bureaucrats’ rules. 3. But is global warming a crisis? Far from it. It’s possible that it will become a crisis. […]

TV watching increases gray matter

This is an older post that somehow did not make it to publication at the time. Tonight I passed two cars in a row with video panels anesthetizing the rear seat passengers. It set me thinking about my own travels around town, through the countryside or on trips as a child, then as a parent. This new way is horrid. Gone is learning about the world around us via direct observation. In its place is a video production of an artificial world that resembles reality enough to replace it. Having thoughts in your head is not necessarily thinking. Sharing space with your children while watching television is not parenting. Listening without analyzing, questioning and discussing is not learning. Sharing the […]

Toilet Paper Money

I tripped over this post that I apparently published as a “private” here in 2007. It was the only one like that, I cannot remember where it came from or who wrote it, but cannot think of any good reason to not share it with you. Some of the information is dated, but nearly all of it is spot on. – Ted The history of fiat money, to put it kindly, has been one of failure. In fact, EVERY fiat currency since the Romans first began the practice in the first century has ended in devaluation and eventual collapse, of not only the currency, but of the economy that housed the fiat currency as well. Why would it be different […]

free health helpers

Our health is our life. What we do, what we eat, our environment and our genetics determine the quality and duration of our lives. Who helps us maintain and restore our health is very central to this. I do like using the word “free” in its predominate dictionary definition, as in unfettered. I definitely refer to the opposite of the mainstream medical model. The American Medical Association (AMA) was founded in 1847 and incorporated in 1897 to improve the lives of the people who founded it. They formed an unholy alliance with the political practitioners to eliminate competition and build a monopoly. This is definitely not healthy. I cannot write it more fully than this at the Thrive Movement: link: […]

introducing Backdoor Survival blog

Welcome to this week’s all new Sunday Survival Buzz with an update on my own preps and announcements from the Backdoor Survival blog. There was not a lot of prepping going on at my place this week. Most of what I accomplished had to do with research for blog articles, including cutting up an old pair of Shelly’s jeans to make some char cloth. I also purchased a 5 gallon tub of coconut oil. I am certain you are thinking that I must have lost it because 5 gallons is a lot of coconut oil. No worries, though. I am in love with the Tropical Traditions coconut oil and the 5 gallon tub was 1/2 off. Not only that, […]

river hangout

The river has come down a foot or so and we are a month older than pictured here, but it’s the photo I have available for this thought. I just opened the windows to let the evening cool take the temperature down in the house. Mid-morning tomorrow it will be rising to 70 degrees outside while indoors has cooled to that temperature. That’s when we close the windows. At this moment we are just under 80 inside and 68 outside. That is Bitterroot Montana air conditioning. Off grid. No electricity needed. The real beautiful part is the sound as I open the windows. A river running by. Oh yeah, a vehicle on the highway every few minutes at this time […]

Sandy Hook hoax confirmation

Not quite forgotten, but only brought up by politicians and mainstream media tucked safely in anti-gun paragraphs, is the Sandy Hook FALSE FLAG event. There was some great work published by the honest media that pulled the rug from under the victim disarmament plan. A lot of it disappeared off the Internet after I had seen it, linked to it and shared it. Audio, video and text link after link changed from great coverage to LINK NOT FOUND The real media quickly had great videos with clips of live coverage from mainstream media television cameras, live interviews, 911 calls and emergency responder radios – all pointing to a staged event. Meanwhile the mainstream media monopoly and their political teammates assembled […]

Gun Confiscation Begins in New York

Dear Conservative,It is with a heavy heart that I inform you that the war over the Second Amendment has come to a boil in New York State. For weeks, we have been receiving rumors that New York State Police had begun confiscating firearms from citizens. Under the unconstitutional “SAFE Act,” the State of New York has unprecedented authority to confiscate firearms from law-abiding citizens. Because all citizens are forced to register their firearms with the State, that gives New York the ability to target gun owners for confiscation! The adage goes that registration leads to confiscation, and New York is proving that saying to be absolutely true. Because New York State has a list of all gun owners, the powers-that-be […]

Edward Snowden

Snowden Speaks: A Vanity Fair Exclusive By Vanity Fair Photo Illustration by Sean McCabe. “Every person remembers some moment in their life where they witnessed some injustice, big or small, and looked away, because the consequences of intervening seemed too intimidating,” former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden tells Vanity Fair about his motivation for leaking tens of thousands of secret documents. “But there’s a limit to the amount of incivility and inequality and inhumanity that each individual can tolerate. I crossed that line. And I’m no longer alone.” READ THE FULL STORY: The Snowden Saga: A Shadowland of Secrets and Light Snowden’s extensive response is part of a 20,000-word narrative in Vanity Fair’s May issue, by special correspondent […]

homeschool help from Ron Paul

Opt-Out of Common Core, Opt-In to The Ron Paul Curriculum Written by Ron Paul Sunday June 22, 2014 Oklahoma recently took action to protect the state’s children from the federal education bureaucracy by withdrawing from Common Core. Common Core is the latest attempt to bribe states, with money taken from the American people, into adopting a curriculum developed by federal bureaucrats and education “experts.” In exchange for federal funds, states must change their curriculum by, for example, replacing traditional mathematics with “reform math.” Reform math turns real mathematics on its head by focusing on “abstract thinking” instead of traditional concepts like addition and subtraction. Schools must also replace classic works of literature with “informational” texts, such as studies by the […]

unemployment 4X government claims

Virtual Economy’s Phantom Job Gains Are Based on Statistical Fraud — Paul Craig Roberts Virtual Economy’s Phantom Job Gains Are Based on Statistical Fraud And More Fraud Is in the Works Paul Craig Roberts Washington can’t stop lying. Don’t be convinced by last Thursday’s job report that it is your fault if you don’t have a job. Those 288,000 jobs and 6.1% unemployment rate are more fiction than reality. In his analysis of the June Labor Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, John Williams ( wrote that the 288,000 June jobs and 6.1% unemployment rate are “far removed from common experience and underlying reality.” Payrolls were overstated by “massive, hidden shifts in seasonal adjustments,” and the Birth-Death model added […]
