Law Enforcement Against Prohibition

police state USA

The paramilitary equipment, paramilitary training, psuedo-military machismo, US vs Them mentality, focus on “officer safety”, special-weapons-and-tactics teams, no-knock team assaults and more along those lines have destroyed The Peace Officer and given us a violent oppressing force in its stead. I see it constantly, but you probably have other news sources. I assembled some examples for you and probably will add more and keep a store of them here so you all can see and feel the dark blanket of the police state take over what in my youth was widely known as A Free Country. These are all links to articles at other sites I have been to. Links may break, let me know if you can and I’ll […]

beware the standing army

Marine Colonel Speaks Out: “We’re building a domestic army” In this video a Marine Colonel speaks out at a Concord, New Hampshire city council meeting about the militarization of police forces and what this is leading to. Pay close attention to what he’s saying here. Here’s a close up inspection of one of these armored vehicles (by a DHS employee no less). This equipment isn’t intended for law enforcement, it’s intended for war. Really though how can you be surprised? Obama flat out told us what he was up to back in 2008 (see video below). This is really just the tip of the iceberg though. Watch this video below to see how it all ties together.   In […]

happy anniversary

Here it is twelve years after the event and people across the country and around the world won’t give it up. “Investigate 9/11” T-shirts, bumper stickers, handouts – they are still all over the place. Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth just this month began a major billboard campaign: The government of the USofA is not going to re-open the investigation. The elected officials of both ruling parties and their appointees produced all the report they ever will. Yet many people won’t give up on the topic. In fact, Re-Think 9/11 is the mood of over 40% of the USofA population. Does it really matter any more? What point is there to knowing what happened a dozen years ago today? […]

drone hunting licenses

The town council of Deer Trail, Colorado had on their agenda consideration of creating and selling a drone hunting license. That act, the mere proposal of a license, triggered a flood of applications from all over the USA. They don’t even have it approved, let alone a structure or process for them, but have 936 applications and checks for a total of $19,006… and rising. STOP – the poor clerk had a full time job without this. Now she’s even given up even returning the checks. The pile is just growing. The town council is not going to pass the ordinance – 38 people signed a petition asking them not to. It appears, however, that the people of the town […]

how much closer need we get?

I again am choosing to post verbatum from another respected website. The Oath Keepers puts a significant news article perfectly in perspective. I lead off with a key paragraph from deep within their article. As usual, the link is a better choice than reading it here as it has much supporting information. – Ted “As I said above, we think the best strategy is a modern version of what the Founders did, using nullification, civil disobedience, and open defiance in our local communities, towns, counties, and states – not as isolated individuals, but together, united in mutual support and mutual defense, forcing the oath breakers in government to either back off and admit they are impotent, or force them to […]

where are we

Another masterpiece from Claire Wolfe. Click on the link below to read it with all the supporting footnotes. Illegitimate Sunday, July 14th, 2013 I’ve been struggling several days to find the right way to say something. Still haven’t gotten there. It would help to be drunk or stoned, I think. Words flow more freely then; connections connect more connectedly. But I’m as sober as a judge I usually am, which is a handicap. Partly, it’s that the thing I’m aiming to say is both huge and … nothing. Both burning with enormity and outrage … and a great big ho-hum. It would shock the bejabbers out of Joe Average (if Joe Average were willing to consider it), but most people […]

armed and dangerous

I’m pasting this article just as I found it. I am mainly working on straightening and organizing my studio space, including cleaning out my e-mail box. Thus this article must find a new home… and HERE it is. This first question is THE QUESTION. Why indeed? Perhaps someday soon I’ll go in delve deeper into a discussion of that illegal, unlawful, awful agency. Meanwhile, ponder it a bit. Read the next line several times and mull it over a bit. Representative Jeff Duncan wants to know: Why are IRS law enforcement agents training with AR-15 rifles. As chairman of the House Homeland Security oversight subcommittee, Duncan (R-S.C.) toured a federal law enforcement facility in late May and noticed agents training […]

Edward Snowden

He gave up his life on the chance he could improve yours, and mine. The very least I could do is share some of what he gave us. You should too out of respect, out of love for him, yourself, your family, your community, liberty, the hope this country used to represent to the world that there may somewhere be a dream world where life, liberty and pursuit of happiness can thrive without perverts taking control. —- 27 Edward Snowden Quotes About U.S. Government Spying That Should Send A Chill Up Your Spine By Michael, on June 10th, 2013 Would you be willing to give up what Edward Snowden has given up? He has given up his high paying job, […]

tarred, feathered and lit

At long last the IRS is publicly under fire. Even the lame-stream media, which famously reports to the same people the IRS reports to, is piling on them. I have no idea why this is being allowed at all, or at this time, but I sure hope they lose some of their police state power in the process. After the 16th Amendment was ratified, an income tax was imposed starting in 1913 with rates ranging from 1 percent to 7 percent with the top rate applying only to incomes in excess of $500,000. By 1916 that top rate had risen to 15 percent, on income in excess of $2,000,000. The top rate exceeded 90 percent at its peak in the […]
